This private reference resource cannot retrieve a docket, change a court setting, issue a certified record, or offer legal advice. Official questions about a Clark County court docket belong with the Circuit Clerk and the Missouri Circuit Court system. The local office can explain record-access procedures and direct a request to the appropriate court channel.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This private resource cannot pull official records, reschedule hearings, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or provide legal advice. Those requests must go to the court or clerk that holds the case.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

The official county record custodian is the Clark County Circuit Clerk. Use Missouri Case.net for public case information, then contact the clerk for a missing case, an urgent setting confirmation, a public-terminal question, an older file, or a plain or certified copy. The County Clerk office is not the Circuit Court docket custodian.

  • A docket sheet: use docket search or ask the Circuit Clerk for the official record route.
  • A court date or setting: check the court schedule and confirm the newest setting with the clerk.
  • Certified copies: request the current process, fee, payment method, and delivery options from the Circuit Clerk.
  • A specific criminal or civil case: use the Clark County/First Judicial Circuit Case.net route and match the case header.
  • Traffic questions: use traffic court information; a new ticket can take up to 25 days to enter Case.net.

The official county material does not publish a general Clark docket-copy request form, a standard certified-copy fee, or a dedicated public-records request mailbox. Before sending a request by mail, fax, or email, ask the Circuit Clerk whether that method is accepted for the record sought and what information or payment is required.
