Why We Built This Site
Missouri Case.net gives the public a statewide starting point, but a Clark County record can still require a local step. The Clark County Circuit Clerk keeps the Circuit Court docket for criminal, civil, traffic, small-claims, domestic, probate, juvenile, and related matters. The County Clerk is a separate administrative and election office. That difference matters when a reader needs a docket sheet, a court setting, a public terminal, or a certified copy.
Clark County is part of the First Judicial Circuit. Circuit, Associate Circuit, municipal, probate, and family functions can direct a case to different tabs or access limits even though Case.net is the common public search path. This resource gathers the official routes without presenting itself as the record custodian.
